IRVINE, Calif., (April 12, 2010) - Thompson National Properties, LLC, one of the fastest growing international real estate companies, announced today that Ido Dotan has joined TNP as Vice President, Associate General Counsel effective April 12, 2010.
Dotan will be involved in all aspects of the company's legal activities, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, product development, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. He reports to Christopher Lal, TNP's Executive Vice President and General Counsel.

Previously, Dotan served as an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in Los Angeles, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and securities transactions. Prior to this, Dotan worked at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson LLP.
Dotan is a member of the California State Bar. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in International Finance and a minor in International Relations. Dotan graduated from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he served as the Managing Editor of the Southern California Law Review.
