IRVINE, Calif., (July 28, 2009) - Thompson National Properties, LLC, announced today that Lisa Jack joined the company as Corporate Controller.
Ms. Jack is involved in all aspects of the company's financial activities, including corporate and property accounting, accounts payable and receivable, as well as overseeing the accounting staff.
"Lisa's experience in real estate, public accounting and SEC filings complete TNP's requirement for achieving excellence in accounting and provide a solid foundation for our public and private programs," said Johnna Howard, Thompson National Properties' CFO.
"I wanted to be part of a growing company with the opportunity for advancement," said Ms. Jack. "I also believe my strengths are a good fit for the company."
Previously, Ms. Jack was Chief Financial Officer of the Southern California Division at Capital Pacific Homes, where she was responsible for financial operations and overall strategic business plan management. She oversaw 1,500 home closings and managed revenues of approximately $650 million during her tenure.
Ms. Jack graduated from Texas A&M University, where she earned a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Ms. Jack is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
