IRVINE, Calif., (March 4, 2009) - Thompson National Properties, LLC, announced today that Elizabeth Grossman joined the company as Vice President, Asset Management effective December 2008. Grossman is responsible for asset management of the Southern California and Phoenix property portfolio.

Previously, Grossman was Regional Asset Manager at Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, LLC, formerly Triple Net Properties, LLC, where she was responsible for 3.1 million square feet of commercial property throughout the United States, which included lease negotiation and lender and investor communication for each asset. Prior to this, Grossman held various positions at CB Richard Ellis, IDI Services Group and Greenwich Capital Markets, Inc.
She has obtained designations as Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) for Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA).
