IRVINE, Calif., (January 23, 2009) - Thompson National Properties, LLC, announced today that Steve Corea joined the company as Senior Vice President, Acquisitions.
Corea manages the sourcing, analysis, negotiation and due diligence reviews of acquisition candidates.

Corea has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, including $3 billion in tenant-in-common transactions and $1 billion in acquisitions on behalf of real estate investment trusts and opportunity fund investors. Previously, Corea was at Birtcher Anderson Realty and prior to that he was Senior Vice President at Triple Net Properties, LLC. He earned a Bachelor of Science in real estate finance and currently holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
