Loukas was previously regional vice president at Security Benefit Group where he was responsible for the marketing and distribution of non-qualified products in the Northern California area. Prior to this, Loukas held various positions with Maya Capital Advisors, LLC, the Kelmoore Investment Company and CIBC Oppenheimer. Loukas earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College and is a registered representative with FINRA (formerly NASD) holding Series 24, 7, 63, 65 and 4 licenses.
