IRVINE, Calif., (July 26, 2010) - Thompson National Properties, LLC (TNP), one of the fastest growing international real estate companies, announced today that Jason Miller has joined TNP as Controller for the Property Accounting Division effective July 12, 2010.
Miller is managing the accounting team that is responsible for more than 18 million square feet under management. He is involved in reviewing financial reports provided to TNP investors, creating efficiencies between the property managers and the accounting team and the extensive property budgeting process. He reports to Candace Rice, TNP's Senior Vice President of Accounting.
"Jason's experience in commercial real estate as well as property management adds tremendous value to the property accounting team. We look forward to his leadership as TNP continues to grow," said Rice.

Previously, Miller served as vice president, controller of asset management at Grubb and Ellis Company in Santa Ana, California, focusing on reviewing acquisitions and dispositions, preparing cash projections, monitoring operational activities and managing the budget process. Prior to this, Miller worked at CB Richard Ellis, Inc. as assistant controller, accounting manager. Miller graduated from California State Fullerton, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with an emphasis in accounting.
