IRVINE, Calif., (September 12, 2008) – Thompson National Properties, LLC announced today that it served as an intermediary and facilitator on behalf of TA Associates Realty and Storm Properties, Inc. in today’s purchase and sale of a portfolio of 13 industrial properties, totaling approximately 545,000 square feet, located primarily in Torrance, California.

The purchase price was in excess of $52 million. Thompson National Properties received a commission and advisory fee.
