IRVINE, Calif., (July 24, 2008) – Thompson National Properties, LLC announced today that Desiree Sipin Runes has joined the company as corporate controller.

Runes was previously assistant controller at Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, LLC, formerly Triple Net Properties, LLC, where she monitored cash flow, developed and implemented policies and procedures as well as built and managed the Limited Liability Company accounting team. Prior to this, Runes was corporate controller at Hunt Enterprises, Inc. and held accounting positions with Beach Cities Health District, Sares-Regis Group and CB Richard Ellis, Inc. Runes earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Hope International University.
