IRVINE, Calif., (July 15, 2008) – Thompson National Properties, LLC announced today that Theresa Hutton has joined the company as senior vice president, due diligence.

“Theresa and I have closed 175 properties together since 1998 totaling approximately $8 billion,” said Tony Thompson, chairman and chief executive officer of Thompson National Properties. “She is simply one of a kind!”

Previously, Hutton was vice president, due diligence at Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, LLC, formerly Triple Net Properties, LLC. Hutton was responsible for coordinating more than 400 escrow closings, including over $7.5 billion in commercial real estate acquisitions and $2.7 billion in dispositions. Hutton is highly skilled in the due diligence process and commercial real estate escrows, including acquisitions, refinancing and dispositions. Prior to Grubb & Ellis Company, Hutton worked in various capacities at Passco Real Estate Enterprises, Langdon Properties and Transamerica National Bank.
