Thompson National Properties Acquires
The Blind Dog Building in Park City, Utah

IRVINE, Calif., (July 14, 2008) – Thompson National Properties, LLC announced today the July 9 acquisition of the Blind Dog Building in Park City, Utah on behalf of the Vulture Fund.

“Our first acquisition for the Vulture Fund, a value-add investment, is in a flourishing market with strong fundamentals,” said Tony Thompson, chairman and chief executive officer of Thompson National Properties. “This is right in line with our investment strategy.”

Commonly referred to as the “Blind Dog Building” due to the anchor tenant, the Blind Dog Restaurant, 1781 and 1787 Sidewinder Drive is a three-story office and restaurant property that was constructed in two phases. The initial 1787 building was completed in 1995 and the 1781 building was completed in 2002. The property is more than 15,000 square feet and is located in the heart of Park City, Utah, approximately 25 miles east of Salt Lake City. This value-add property is currently 73 percent leased.
