Thompson National Properties Hires Wendy Worcester as Chief Administrative Officer
IRVINE, Calif., (June 16, 2008) – Thompson National Properties, LLC announced today that Wendy Worcester has joined the company as chief administrative officer.
“Wendy has the experience and talent to build a billion dollar company,” said Tony Thompson, chairman and chief executive officer of Thompson National Properties.
In this position, Worcester is responsible for administrative management including finance, accounting, human resources, investor relations and general office functions.

Previously, Worcester was consulting for various start-up companies focusing on forecasting, planning, accounting, and fundraising since 2007. Prior to this, Worcester was chief financial officer at Rent.com from its start up until its acquisition by eBay in 2005 for $433 million. Prior to Rent.com, Worcester held various positions at financial institutions, including Bank of America, Hawthorne Savings and Ernst & Young. Worcester earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.
