Anthony W. “Tony” Thompson founded Triple Net Properties, LLC in 1998 and was its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer until October 2006 when he was named Chairman of the Board for NNN Realty Advisors. In December of 2007, NNN Realty Advisors merged with Grubb & Ellis, a NYSE company, and Mr. Thompson was named Chairman of the combined entity. Mr. Thompson grew NNN from four employees to over 6,000, and grew equity under management to nearly $3 billion with the Grubb & Ellis merger.

Mr. Thompson is Chairman of the Sterling College Board of Trustees and various other community and charitable organizations. He is a 1969 graduate of Sterling College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Mr. Thompson has held a Series 1 license with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. since 1969.

Bringing over 30 years of real estate experience to the table, Jack Maurer co-founded Triple Net Properties, LLC in 1998 and was its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer until December 2001 when he was named Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing.

In addition, Mr. Maurer was President and CEO of T REIT, Inc. from August 2004 to July 2007. Mr. Maurer also held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Grubb & Ellis Securities, Inc. (formerly NNN Capital Corp.) from September 1998 until November 2007.

Mr. Maurer is a 1973 graduate of California University of Northridge with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and was a Certified Public Accountant from 1973 until 2001. Mr. Maurer holds Series 7, 24, 27 and 63 licenses with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc.

Greg Genovese was Senior Vice President of Western Markets for Grubb & Ellis Securities, formerly NNN Capital Corp. Since 2000, Mr. Genovese was responsible for raising capital for Grubb & Ellis' REIT, LLC and 1031/TIC offerings for the Western United States. Over the past 20 years in the financial services industry, Mr. Genovese has held sales, marketing and executive management positions for some of the country’s most recognized and respected financial and real estate securities firms, including Bear Stearns & Company, Cowen & Company and Wells Real Estate Funds.

Mr. Genovese earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from California Polytechnic University and holds Series 6, 7, 22 and 63 licenses with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc.

Darryll Goodman was Senior Vice President, Asset Management at Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, LLC, formerly Triple Net Properties, LLC, from 2003 to 2008. During his tenure at Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, Mr. Goodman sold more than $800 million of assets on behalf of investors. Previously, Mr. Goodman was Vice President and Operations Manager at Hawaiian Asset Management Inc., overseeing a varied portfolio of properties throughout the Hawaiian Islands.

Mr. Goodman was also State Director of Operations at the International Council of Shopping Centers’ (ICSC) Hawaii office. Mr. Goodman earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Hawaii in 1985.

Wendy Worcester specialized in financial planning, forecasting, accounting, treasury and legal for Rent.com from 1999 to 2006 where she served as Chief Financial and Accounting Officer until its acquisition by eBay in 2005 for more than $433 million. Ms. Worcester teamed with the CEO and President in raising more than $30 million in capital.

Prior to Rent.com, Ms. Worcester held positions at JWT Specialized Communications, Hawthorne Savings and Ernst & Young. Since 2007, Ms. Worcester has been consulting for various start-up companies focusing on forecasting, planning, accounting, legal and fundraising.

Ms. Worcester earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.

Stephen Corea has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, including two years with Birtcher Anderson Realty, five years as Senior Vice President of Triple Net Properties’ nationwide acquisitions team, nine years as a Vice President in Bank of America's Real Estate Owned and Private Banking divisions and four years as Director of Finance with Ferguson Partners.

His background encompasses over $3 billion in completed Tenant in Common transactions and $1 billion in acquisitions on behalf of real estate investment trusts and opportunity fund investors. Career accomplishments include the largest office building transaction in San Diego County history. Mr. Corea graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance and holds a CCIM designation.
