Darryll Goodman
Senior Vice President, Asset Management Darryll Goodman was Senior Vice President, Asset Management at Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, LLC, formerly Triple Net Properties, LLC, from 2003 to 2008. During his tenure at Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, Mr. Goodman sold more than $800 million of assets on behalf of investors. Previously, Mr. Goodman was Vice President and Operations Manager at Hawaiian Asset Management Inc., overseeing a varied portfolio of properties throughout the Hawaiian Islands.
Mr. Goodman was also State Director of Operations at the International Council of Shopping Centers’ (ICSC) Hawaii office. Mr. Goodman earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Hawaii in 1985. |

Wendy Worcester
Chief Administration Officer Wendy Worcester specialized in financial planning, forecasting, accounting, treasury and legal for Rent.com from 1999 to 2006 where she served as Chief Financial and Accounting Officer until its acquisition by eBay in 2005 for more than $433 million. Ms. Worcester teamed with the CEO and President in raising more than $30 million in capital.
Prior to Rent.com, Ms. Worcester held positions at JWT Specialized Communications, Hawthorne Savings and Ernst & Young. Since 2007, Ms. Worcester has been consulting for various start-up companies focusing on forecasting, planning, accounting, legal and fundraising.
Ms. Worcester earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst. |

Stephen Corea
Senior Vice President, Commercial Acquisitions Stephen Corea has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, including two years with Birtcher Anderson Realty, five years as Senior Vice President of Triple Net Properties’ nationwide acquisitions team, nine years as a Vice President in Bank of America's Real Estate Owned and Private Banking divisions and four years as Director of Finance with Ferguson Partners.
His background encompasses over $3 billion in completed Tenant in Common transactions and $1 billion in acquisitions on behalf of real estate investment trusts and opportunity fund investors. Career accomplishments include the largest office building transaction in San Diego County history. Mr. Corea graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance and holds a CCIM designation. |

Christopher Lal
Executive Vice President and General Counsel Christopher Lal oversees all of the company’s legal affairs, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, corporate finance and securities matters, public reporting requirements and corporate governance. Previously, Mr. Lal served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc., a publicly traded lodging REIT, where he managed all the company’s legal affairs, including acquisitions, dispositions, corporate governance and SEC, NYSE and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Prior to Sunstone, he was General Counsel at RemedyTemp, Inc., a publicly traded human capital resources company, and before that Mr. Lal was counsel at O’Melveny & Myers LLP. Mr. Lal is a member of the California State Bar, the Orange County Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
