Tony Thompson
Chief Executive Officer Thompson National Properties (TNP) is one of the fastest growing international real estate advisory companies. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Thompson National Properties, Anthony W. "Tony" Thompson is well known for his ahead-of-the-curve thinking and bold action which blends experience, innovation and vision into unique strategies for success. Mr. Thompson also founded Triple Net Properties, LLC in 1998 and served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer until October 2006 when he was named Chairman of the Board for NNN Realty Advisors, Triple Net Properties' affiliated holding company. Under Mr. Thompson's leadership, these companies raised nearly $3 billion in equity for various investment programs, including securitized 1031 tenant-in-common exchange programs, an industry Mr. Thompson pioneered. In November 2006, Mr. Thompson oversaw the sale of 33 percent of NNN Realty Advisors for $160 million to institutional investors through a 144A private equity offering led by Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group, Inc.
In December 2007, Mr. Thompson's company completed a reverse merger with Grubb & Ellis, a 50-year old real estate services company, and Mr. Thompson served as Chairman of the Board of this NYSE-listed company until he retired. Mr. Thompson formed Thompson National Properties in April 2008 and has grown this international real estate advisory company to 160 employees and manages a portfolio of 133 commercial properties, in 32 states totaling more than 17.2 million square feet, with an overall cost of $2.3 billion dollars. Advisory services have also been expanded to the Middle East where TNP is acting as a service provider in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Thompson is Chairman and CEO of TNP-Strategic Retail Trust, a billion dollar publically registered REIT, and is currently Chairman of Sterling College's Board of Trustees. Mr. Thompson formerly served on the editorial board of Commercial Property Executive and currently serves on the editorial board of Real Estate Forum, a leading national commercial real estate trade publication.
Mr. Thompson has been married to his wife Sharon for 35 years; they have three daughters and three grandchildren. Mr. Thompson's latest start-up through Thompson affiliation is a residential brokerage business in Las Vegas, NV specializing in high-rise condo sales representing the buyer - investor. |

James Wolford
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer Prior to joining Thompson National Properties, Wolford was CFO at Pacific Office Properties (NYSE/AMEX: PCE), where he evaluated and eliminated more than $1 million in annual corporate expenses, successfully negotiated a $125 million credit facility and worked with investment bankers, accountants and outside counsel in the development and successful filing of an S-11 with the SEC for a $350 million secondary offering of primary common shares. Prior to this, Wolford was CFO at Bixby Land Company and a consultant and regional financial officer at AIMCO.
Wolford earned a bachelor's degree and an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Southern California. He is a member of the executive committee at the Lusk Center, a director on the board of CNI Investments and a licensed real estate broker. |

Ido Dotan
Chief Legal Officer Ido Dotan, Esq. is Chief Legal Officer at Thompson National Properties, LLC and is responsible for structuring and negotiating acquisitions and joint ventures, preparing offering memorandums for the Company's Delaware Statutory Trusts programs, Notes programs and other Reg D offerings, as well as monitoring SEC and securities compliance for the TNP Strategic Retail Trust, Inc. (REIT). Mr. Dotan also advises the Company on general corporate and legal matters. Prior to joining TNP, he spent 6 years as a corporate transactional attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, focusing primarily on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, leveraged finance and general corporate practice. During his legal career, Mr. Dotan has advised a range of clients, including private and public corporations, private equity firms, banks and other lending institutions and real estate investment trusts. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Southern California, with an undergraduate degree. in Business Administration from the Marshal School of Business and, also, received his J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, where he served as the Managing Editor of the Southern California Law Review. Mr. Dotan is licensed to practice law in California and is a member of the California State Bar.

Christian Gabrielsen
Executive Vice President, National Sales Manager Prior to joining TNP, Christian "Gabe" Gabrielsen was National Sales Manager at Knight Capital in the Separately Managed Accounts sector, National Sales Manager for the American Funds Annuity, American Legacy and Choice Plus brand in the variable annuities sector at Lincoln Financial, and Senior Vice President of Sales at AXA Financial. Not only did Mr. Gabrielsen's leadership take Lincoln Financial and AXA Financial from unranked to #1 in their respective markets, but his teams created over 10,000 new producers over a three year span.
A native New Yorker, Mr. Gabrielsen is a graduate of The University of Vermont where he was a Dean's List student and Captain of the Men's Division I Lacrosse team. Mr. Gabrielsen attended Harvard University as an Advanced Certificate candidate and now resides in Corona del Mar where he enjoys sunshine, writing and golf. Mr. Gabrielsen is the proud father of two, Sonja and William.

Talle Voorhies
President and Chief Operating Officer, TNP Securities, LLC Prior to joining Thompson National Properties, Talle Voorhies was the President of SEC registered Grubb & Ellis Transfer Agent, LLC. As President, she was responsible for all areas of investor relations for 57,000 investors through 166 active investment programs. Ms. Voorhies was also Executive Vice President, a founding shareholder, Director and executive committee member of Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, LLC (formerly Triple Net Properties, LLC), Executive Vice President of Grubb & Ellis Realty Advisors, LLC and Executive Vice President of Grubb & Ellis Securities (formerly NNN Capital Corp.). She holds Series 7, 22, 24 and 27 licenses as a member of the Financial Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Ms. Voorhies, currently serves on Sterling College's Board of Trustees.
Ms. Voorhies began working with Tony Thompson at TMP Investments in 1986 as the Marketing Coordinator until she was promoted to Vice President of Broker/Dealer Relations for TMP Investments, Inc. She served as Marketing Coordinator for TMP's 65 real estate programs and Supervisor of Investor Relations for over 5,000 investors. She was the Executive Vice President and Compliance Administrator for NNN Capital Corp (formerly TMP Capital Corp).

Mark Atchity
Chief Compliance Officer, Principal, TNP Securities. LLC Mark Atchity is the Chief Compliance Officer of Thompson National Properties, LLC and TNP Securities, LLC. He has over 16 years financial industry experience and joined TNP in 2008 initially as Controller for its Securities Division, and also served as an Assistant Compliance Officer.
Previously, Mr. Atchity was Chief Financial Officer for Brookstreet Securities Corporation, a national, full-service Broker/Dealer with over 600 Registered Representatives. Prior to that, Mr. Atchity worked at Brookstreet as Co-Controller and worked on both the equity and fixed income trading desks. Mr. Atchity earned a Bachelor of Science in Management & Finance from Boston College's Carroll School of Management in 1994. Mr. Atchity holds Series 7, 24, 27, 55 and 63 licenses with FINRA.

Stephen Corea
Senior Vice President, Acquisitions Stephen Corea has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, including two years with Birtcher Anderson Realty, five years as Senior Vice President of Triple Net Properties’ nationwide acquisitions team, nine years as a Vice President in Bank of America's Real Estate Owned and Private Banking divisions and four years as Director of Finance with Ferguson Partners.
His background encompasses over $3 billion in completed Tenant in Common transactions and $1 billion in acquisitions on behalf of real estate investment trusts and opportunity fund investors. Career accomplishments include the largest office building transaction in San Diego County history. Mr. Corea graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance and holds a CCIM designation. |

Tom Clarke
Senior Vice President, Real Estate Tom Clarke is Senior Vice President, Real Estate at Thompson National Properties, LLC. Mr. Clarke ensures coast to coast consistency in delivering best practices in cost containment, operational excellence, and superior customer service. In addition, he guides synergy with Asset Management and other corporate departments. Prior to joining TNP, Mr. Clarke served as the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at the Abbey Company, a privately owned California based real estate company where he was responsible for leasing, operations, engineering, and construction results. Prior to that Mr. Clarke worked at two REITS, Equity Office Properties and Spieker Properties, where he held positions of General Manager, and Managing Director of Property Management.
In Mr. Clarke's spare time he enjoys stand-up-paddle boarding, surfing, and snow skiing. He has been married for 25 years and lives in Huntington Beach, California with his wife Liz, and four children.

Candace Rice
Chief Accounting Officer Candace Rice, CPA is Chief Accounting Officer at Thompson National Properties, LLC. Mrs. Rice built and manages the accounting team which is responsible for more than 11.4 million square feet under management. Previously, Mrs. Rice was Vice President of Property Accounting at Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, LLC, formerly Triple Net Properties, LLC, where she was responsible for managing the accounting and financial reporting for 33 million square feet of commercial office space and 26 multifamily properties. Prior to that, Mrs. Rice held various positions at Hireright, Inc., Brown & Brown, Inc. and Deloitte & Touche, LLP.
Rice earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from Chapman University. Additionally, she is a Certified Public Accountant for the State of California. |

Darryll Goodman
Senior Vice President, Asset Management Darryll Goodman was Senior Vice President, Asset Management at Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, LLC, formerly Triple Net Properties, LLC, from 2003 to 2008. During his tenure at Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, Mr. Goodman sold more than $800 million of assets on behalf of investors. Previously, Mr. Goodman was Vice President and Operations Manager at Hawaiian Asset Management Inc., overseeing a varied portfolio of properties throughout the Hawaiian Islands.
Mr. Goodman was also State Director of Operations at the International Council of Shopping Centers’ (ICSC) Hawaii office. Mr. Goodman earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Hawaii in 1985. |

Ronnie L Miranda CCIM, SIOR
Senior Vice President, Retail Assets In his role as Sr, Vice President, Retail Assets at Thompson National Properties, Mr. Miranda oversees the management, leasing, and general operations of a 5 million square foot portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties. Ronnie has spent the past 13 years in the commercial real estate industry specializing in portfolio management, leasing and development. He holds the prestigious CCIM and SIOR designations, as well as an active Texas Real Estate license. Mr. Miranda is a graduate of the University of Houston and holds an MBA in International Business from University of North Texas. |
